This is solvent based ECO cleaner for electronic, plastic and mechanical components surface. This was developed to provide super – strength cleaning and degreasing power for on tough greasy stains on painted and soiled surface while protecting the user and the environment by eliminating the use of per chloro ethylene, Trichloroethylene and benzene. This is partially water insoluble powerful cleaner. This provides excellent degreasing of machine parts while being safe and pleasant to use.

Sudix Cleanchem – 007 is a cleaning solvent containing evaporative organic solvents. This is a non-aqueous and non-residual solvent, having very effective cleaning action on oils, dirt, grease etc., Being a neutral solvent, it does not effect both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous parts including Copper, Aluminium and Light Alloys, mainly recommended for cleaning rotating parts, such as bearings, shafts, gears, casings and other oily or greasy components.

This de-rusting chemical is Acid, Solvent and Synthetic Detergent based Rust Remover and Cleaner. This chemical removes Rust and Deposits of Mill Oil and Mill Scales. This works excellently on all metals, except Zinc Magnesium and Cadmium which is also Non fuming type. This chemical can also be used for removing the Heavy Rust and Mill Scales at 50 ̊C.

Sudix Chromechem – 014 is a liquid chemical, used as final rinse to improve adhesion and reduce
blistering. This also neutralises hard water salts in the water and conditions the surface of metal already phosphated, improving the condition for painting.

This is a Hot accelerated liquid chemical used to produce Microcrystalline, Corrosion Resisting, Paint Bonding Zinc Phosphate Coating on Steel Surfaces, used in the conventional Seven Stage Immersion Process ( confirming to IS:3618).

This is a Room Temperature/Low Temperature, accelerated Liquid Phosphating Chemical which provides Class – B coating as per IS: 3618, 1966. Coatings obtained are Microcrystalline in nature. Highly refined coatings can also be obtained with this product when used in conjunction with Surfacer-AC. The coating is ideally suited as a paint or primer base.

This is De-greasing, de-rusting and light Phosphating chemical. It is used to pre-condition metal surface for better bonding of paints and plastic coating and to protect the surface against under paint corrosion. Wherever seven tank Phosphating is not feasible, this can be effectively used for single stage Phosphating of components. Clean rust imparts iron phosphate coating to the tune of 40 to 100 gm per sq ft due to low coating, corrosion resistance is low hence painting must be carried out as early as possible.
